1. Search for Verve Coach in the App Store or Google Play, or use the links on the welcome screen after you register.
  2. Open the app and sign in with your email and password.
  3. Allow notifications when asked so you hear about new sessions and messages.

The app and the website show the same information. Use whichever suits you, or both.
