1. Tap the survey on Home, or follow the link in the email.
  2. Answer the questions. Some only appear depending on earlier answers.
  3. Select Submit. Required questions must be answered first.

Your answers go to your coach and a summary is shared into your chat. Once submitted, the survey shows as completed and can be read but not changed.
