Cancel
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the team becomes read-only: you and your clients can still sign in and see everything, but nothing can be created or changed until you choose a plan again.
Resume
Before the period ends, the same page shows Resume subscription. After it ends, pick a plan to reactivate.
Tip: Your clients' subscriptions with you are separate. Cancel those from each client's record if you're closing down.
