Questions can be shown or hidden based on an earlier answer, which keeps surveys short for the client.

Steps

  1. In the question builder, add the follow-up question.
  2. Open its visibility settings and pick the question it depends on.
  3. Choose the condition: answered, not answered, equals a value, or does not equal a value.

For example: “Where is the pain?” shows only if “Any niggles this week?” was answered “Yes”.
