Every survey has a status: Draft, Active, Paused or Completed. From the surveys list you can:
- Pause an active survey to stop scheduled sends. Nothing is lost.
- Resume a paused survey. The next send date is recalculated from the schedule.
- Send now to send it to the audience immediately, regardless of the schedule. Useful after a race or a change of plan.
A one-off survey moves to Completed once sent. A recurring survey completes when it reaches its end date.
