When a client completes a session or submits a survey, Verve shares a summary card into your private conversation with them. It includes their rating and feedback, and links to the full log.
The idea is that feedback and conversation live in one place. You can reply directly under the card, and the client sees your reply in context in the app. Nothing is shared into group chats.
