Steps

  1. Open Coaching → Chat.
  2. Select New group at the top of the conversation list.
  3. Name the group and choose at least two clients.
  4. Create it and send your first message.

Everyone in the group can see each other's messages, share files and vote in polls. Clients see the group alongside their private conversation with you.
