Cancel or resume a client’s subscription

End a client’s paid subscription at the end of their billing period, or reverse a cancellation before it takes effect.

Cancel

Open the client's record.
In the Subscription panel select Cancel subscription and confirm.

The client keeps access until the end of the period they've already paid for, and their status shows as Cancelling. No refund is issued automatically; handle that in your Stripe dashboard if needed.

Resume

While the status is Cancelling, the same panel shows Resume subscription. Selecting it keeps the subscription running as before. Clients can cancel and resume from their own Billing page too.
