When you registered, Verve tried to create your Stripe account automatically. Occasionally that fails, usually because of a temporary Stripe issue or a detail that didn't validate.
What to do
- Open Support in the sidebar and let us know. We can retry the setup from our side straight away.
- Once it succeeds, open Settings → Payouts and complete the Stripe onboarding.
Clients on free packages are unaffected. Clients on paid packages can accept their invitation and will be able to pay once the account exists.
