Verve uses Stripe to take payments from your clients and pay them out to you. Your Stripe account is created when you register; you just need to finish setting it up.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Payouts. Only the team owner sees this tab.
  2. Select Connect Stripe.
  3. Follow Stripe's onboarding. You'll be asked to confirm your identity and add the bank account payouts should go to.
  4. You're returned to Verve when it's done.

If Stripe still needs something from you, the Payouts tab lists what's outstanding and we'll email you a reminder. Until the account is fully set up, clients on paid packages can accept their invitation but can't pay, and they'll see a note asking them to come back later.

Tip: You can open your Stripe dashboard from the Payouts tab at any time to see balances, payouts and individual payments.
